On March 13th, 2021, I lost my best friend, Ben, to his battle with depression. That day is etched in my memory the overwhelming grief, the disbelief, the weight of it all. In the years that followed, I wrestled with guilt, anger, and heartbreak, struggling to find a way forward. It took time, but I finally allowed myself to heal and to forgive.
